I have read on this forum that people have gotten the AS 2 or 2.5 leveling kit. I have heard that when you get to the size 2 and bigger then you begin to get a rough ride with the autospring. Is that true? And if it is would daystar or protech be better. I say this because the installation on the AS goes right above the spring rather than the others. I want a smooth ride so this is important to me. Any help would be great. Thanks

 

The Autospring should not affect the ride. However, different tires would.

 

well do you think the nitto terras would change the ride?

 

If you offroad or drive rougher roads with potholes and sudden dips, you will notice a rougher ride due to reduced suspension travel.

 

I have the Pro Comp 64201 03-05 Ford Expedition & 04-06 Ford F150 Front Coil Spring Spacer Kit. It is a 2 piece unit which requires professional installation. The ride is great.

 

Your truck should ride fine with the Nitto's.

you will be fine i have the 2.5 inch leveling kit with 305/70/17 nittos

 

My ride actually changed to be smoother. I have the Hell Bent Steel kit rather than the AS, but they are pretty similar.
