Looking for some good ideas

Ok guys new to the forum. I have a 92 f150 and i want to do a nice lift to it. I was kind of thinking a 3 inch BL. Can you crank the Torsion bars on these like you can on the s10's and rangers? If so how much can you do without really stressing the stuff. And if i did that would i clear 35's?

Thanks
Cole.

I'm not very familiar with that year 150 but I was under the impression that they didn't have torsion bars.

No, you don't have torsion bars on your 92. You have the twin traction beam suspension with coilsprings. You can add Daystar coil spring spacers for an inch or two of lift up front.

I was also thinking about the rough county 6 inch suspension lift. Or would it be better to do a 3 inch suspension and a 3 inch BL

6" suspension and 3" body with some 37's or 38's

that would be mean as heck but im not sure if i can to that on my Burger king salary lol. Id like to have a over all of 6 inches or so and tuck 35's. I have 32's now on stock and they rub some so im not to worried about a little rub every now and again.
