Leveling an 08 HD

My dad just picked up a brand new HD F150. its his birthday soon and im thinking of picking him up some wheels/tires and some shackles. problem is, i want to use the ground force shackles, but am unable to because the new truck has 3 inch leafs compared to the 2.5 of previous years. any suggestions?

ps the truck sits 2.25 inches higher in the back

Does it come with a 2 inch lift block like the 4x4's? If it does, you could remove it.

Not if you have enough thread on the bolts to tighten them down.
