how fast do they come down and can u adjust them depending on your lift?

 

one company makes a step that is adjutsable. You can order in either 8" drop or the 12" drop. I think it is Sidewinder.com or something similiar.

As for how fast ? They come down pretty quick. Its almost by the time you have the door completely open. At least the ones I have seen.
