How difficult is the front shock (stock components) replacement job on an 05 STX 4x4? Any special tools needed? As always thanks for your help!!!!

 

It's not hard, you'll need a spring compressor ( A decent one ) and a pickle fork to bust loose the upper ball joint. Everything else is just basic tools. The bolt for the lower shock mount is pretty big though, I think it's a 21 mm.
