Hypothetical Question!!!

My suspension lift and wheels/tires are on their way (see sig below). Based upon what I ordered I expected my tires to stick out 2-3" further than stock with the Superlift.

Now, lets just say hypothetically that I were to install a Pro Comp Stage 2 with the Coilovers and rear MX6 shocks. The Pro Comp Stage 2 states it increases track width 3" over stock. Which in my little brain mean's I am looking at an additional 1 1/2" further out with my wheel and tire combo correct?

So what I am asking directly is...would I be a dumb *** to install a Pro Comp Stage 2 and the Pro Comp Wheels in 20X10 with 5" backspacing? I would basically be forced to install the fender flares correct? From my computations I would be sticking out approximately 4" further with the wheel alone, and then the 35X13.50-20 would of course stick out a little more past the wheel itself.

Thanks in advance for your inputs, I have a legitimate reason for asking this!!!

with that much BS you will be fine. i dont think you will need fender flares, plus flares are ugly.

nooq,

Does the stage 1 increase the track width as well? What is the BS on your wheels?

Thanks for the inputs guys...I would love to get 37's with the PC Stage 2 if it pans out.

But I have to keep the specifics quiet until I actually see the results of my order.

Keep the comments coming on the Stage 2 with my already ordered wheels/tires.

i have the stage 2 and i absolutely love it. it rides great. if you do get the stage 2, make sure you get a shim kit put on the rear, since it will sag a little bit. but my vote is for the procomp stage 2 kit.

Cancel the hypothetical question...LOL!

Thanks for all the inputs guys. I was asking the question about the PC Stage 2 due to the fact that 4wheelparts.com had the PC Stage 2 listed as the suspension lift in my order online.

However, today they corrected it back to the Superlift with the Bilsteins.

I was kind of hoping they would screw up and send me the Stage 2 by mistake...that probably isn't the most honest thing, but hey...I wouldn't complain if they did that! LOL!

I am still excited as hell to be getting my lift after 2 1/2 years of wanting one on this truck...

Thanks again for the responses.
