Help finding lowest lift prices

Hey everyone,

So Im well into raising the funds to get a lift, and Im now deciding which path to go down. I understand all the benefits of the lifts, etc, etc, just need help pricing them....

6" ProComp Stage 1 - What will this run me, and where do you recommend finding the cheapest one? The cheapest I've found on the net was about $1400

6" Fabtech w/ DL Coilover - I know Josh(?) a member here can get members some good deals, how much does that run? I've seen prices anywhere $1600-2000....

8" Rize - The cheapest I have been able to find is $2560 from some random online retailer, is this the cheapest place I can get it?

Thanks in advance for any help. Just trying to decide what to pull the trigger on, Im thinking of leaning to the DL coilover, cus I can crank em and fit 36's under there.....

If you've found the Fabtech with DL coilovers for 1600 and didnt buy it, then you had better use your money to check into your county mental health facility for an full psych eval.
The cheap pro-comp kit can be found on ebay for 1188.
The basic Fabtech kit can be had for about 1400 through a member on here, or several other places for 1500 w/ free shipping.
The best Rize price Ive found was about 2500-2600.

And if it wasnt a mistake, PLEASE let me know where you can get the stage 2 Fabtech kit (the one you mentioned with the 2.5 DLs) for 1600. I will order tomorrow.
Thanks

I will be ordering this week too by the way. So if anyone has any other sources, please let me know. So far Im going with basic Fabtech, with 2" spacers in front and 5" blocks in rear.
Ill add an AAL in future if I notice I start carrying heavy things.

Oh, I never saw that price of $1600, I did see someone mention they got their Fabtech 6" with the DL Coilovers for like $1650 through the member here, and someone disputed at how cheap it was, but the guy insisted he got it at that price.

I just rounded from $1650 to $1600

Yea, unfortunately the 16?? price is for a Fabtech stageII 2wd lift.
Like i said, i have done a lot of research and feel that the Fabtech basic kit is the best choice for low prioce, but good kit. If you ever get a bug up your butt and want to add some bilstein 5100's or DL's in the future, you can just add them. I actually say a price the other day for 4 Bilstein 5100's (set of 4 adjustables) for 350....Thats pretty damn good.
Let us know what you chose Favre.

And 3G for the CST? It might be a great lift, but thats a lot of money.

How much does the Fabtech Stage I for a 4wd Run?

And what are the differences between that and the Pro-Comp stage 1?

EDIT: Would you happen to know the recommended backspacing on the rims for both of those kits? My rockstars unfortuneately have 6.13 Inch BS and that may be too much for either kit

Fabtech Stage 1 (or basic kit) model number FAB-K2002 can be bought for approx. 1400$ from a member here or most other places for 1500. I dont know exactly the difference between the 2 kits, but have seen broken pro-comp peices and not from Fabtech. The difference is only 200$, so to me, thats worth it.
The write up of the Fabtech kit from their website says it requires a min of 5" backspacing. I am not an expert on backspacing, so you will have to wait for someone lese to respond, or post a specifi backspacing topic. Im sure someone will assist. I got 5" backspacing, so IM know Im ok.

^^ got my Basic Fabtech 6" lift for my 4x4 for just under $1400 delivered. Talk to Josh, he is the man and will have a much better idea on exact prices.

crash_lucky13@yahoo.com Good luck bud

Oh, and Fabtech 6" lift with front DLs and rear :Performance" shocks is roughly $2100 and if you want DL's all the way around its closer to $2300 (4x4 prices only)

Thanks for the Email Address, Im gonna send him a message soon.

Honestly, at this point, Im just thinking if Im already ponying up $2200 for Fabtech with the Coilovers, I might as well and make it a true 8inches with a rize for $2600 though. Then I can fit 37's w/out the mad rubbing that would come into play with the Cranked DL's

IMO, if money aint a problem and your planning on going 37" tires anyway... I would HIGHLY suggest the RIZE lift. Sounds like it would meet your needs

Well I wanted to go with the DL's but seeing how close they are in price to the Rize makes me decide to iether go ProComp or Rize...

ProComp at $1100 is insanely insane, and the Rize is 8" Of lift, insane.....

Im afraid if I go with the procomp Im gonna be regretting only having 6" of lift on 35's...

Anyone know what Backspacing is recommended for the Procomp or Rize?

That will probably ultimately make my decision for me haha

ya but remember if you do go with the 8" rize and get 37's you will have to drop another $1200 for gears front and rear.
