Leveled Crewcabs w 6.5ft box

Ive got a CrewCab with 6.5ft box.
Know these trucks all sit different depending on cab config and box length.
Ive seen alot of crewcabs with shortboxs and a leveling kit. But havent seen any leveled with the 6.5 box.

So if you ya got one post some pictures!!!

It's not a 6.5' bed, but you get the idea. I went with a 1.5" kit. For the 6.5' bed I would reccomend a 2" kit, which would give you about 2.5" of lift. That might still give you a *slight* rake, but that's how I like it. Mine is about .5" to .75" higher in the rear depending on my eyesight when I measure it.
The best way to figure it out is to measure from the ground to the top of the wheel well in the front and back. The difference will tell you how much of a kit you would want. Just keep in mind it seems that most kits give and exta ~.5" than what the advertised height may be. At least with the AutoSprings.

I measured the other day...
Measured the back. From pavement to top/center of wheelwell and it measured 39 1/4
Measured the front. From pavement to top/center of wheelwell and it measured 36 3/4

I thought the 2 AS measured out at 1.5 and the 2.5 AS measured out at 2 after install. But your saying they actually measure more?

the parts themselves measure about 1/2" less but still give you the proper amount of lift. the 2.5" measures at 2" but gives the full 2.5" of lift.

My 1.5" kit measured at 1.5" and gave me just about 2" of lift. That was an Auto Spring kit. I can't comment on other leveling kits. With the Auto Spring I believe the measurement is the size of the kit and the actual lift is slightly higher. Probably in the 0"-.5" range. It varies between vehicles.

Smokefan where are you????

Ok so my truck measures out at.
Measured the back. From pavement to top/center of wheelwell and it measured 39 1/4
Measured the front. From pavement to top/center of wheelwell and it measured 36 3/4
a difference of 2.5 inches.
So im confused as to the actually height I will be getting from the AS kit.
Somebody says that you get .5 more of lift than advertised size.
Somebody says that you get the proper lift but part measure less.

Im lost???
Ive got a 07 CC 6.5ft box.

it varies on how much gas you got in that 25 gallon tank. empty/full, will make a big difference.
