Question Stock Suspension issues

I just got my 2002 F150 supercrew 2 wheel drive (for a great price of 8000 =p) but it had a lot of problems that I have fixed now and its time to focus on the suspension. All the parts appear to be stock, but the ride height is about an inch or a inch and a half lower than stock... How does one adjust the ride height of the truck with out changing a buch of parts?
want to get the height back to normal...so I can lift it later lol

how do you know its lower? to get it back to stock height is probably going to be as simple as getting new stock coils and leafs. however if your going to lift it latter its probably not worth it, you might as well go with 2" lift coils to level it out and then work from there with spindles, drop brackets, blocks, aal, new leafs etc when you can lift it

maybe it has 3.55 gears with the factory smaller tires and you are comparing it to a 3.73 geared truck with taller tires

AHHHH, thats it, thanks for the input, at least now I know it wasn't something that the previous owners had done. well now that I know I can look into lifts, I was thinking a 3" Performance Accessories Body Lift and puting on 33's

You just try givin your torsion bar bolts a crank or two for free. and see if that does anything?? i did that in my truck so now it sits level

it might have drop coils, or a coil cut out of the stock springs.

here is my drop set up (notice the stack of coils at the bottom, dead give away for drop springs)

and my stock set up for comparison. Not the best comparison b.c drop is unloaded spring

if it has these aftermarket camber bolts on the upper control arm then it is dropped with different springs

You have to remember tho, your truck is now 6+ years old the stock springs will have sagged over the years of service. They look even more sagged compared to all these new trucks that sit 2" higher then our trucks did originally.

sure if you can post some pics of your truck from the outside, and of the suspension i can make heads or tails of your situation.

BTW, it is not the harley davidson edition, the previous owners just liked harleys alot... and those arn't even the american tags, they are the mexico only "Lobo" harley edition... but the truck is stock made in the usa

your front looks stock, your rear is definatley lowered unless you have about 1000lbs in the bed
