Well, thought I'd share a story on a bad situation made good!!

I ordered the shocks for my Lexus (Bilsteins) from ShockWarehouse. Prices are competitive, not smokin. But they're a vendor here so that was enough for me. Ordered correctly, but when the box got here there were two correct shocks and two wrong shocks.

I first though "great", I'm gonna have to take the wrong shocks and have to pay to ship them back, plus wait on them to receive the old box before they'll ship me the correct ones...WRONG!!

As soon as the lady got on the phone (sorry I didn't get your name) she said "leave the bad ones outside and I'll have Fed Ex come by tomorrow and pick them up and your correct shocks are going out right now"

In reality, the problem wasn't even with ShockWarehouse, it was with Bilstein. The package was drop shipped directly from there. They put two shocks for my Lexus and two shocks for a Land Rover Discovery!! You would think with a set up like that, someone might, just might, take a look at that and question the validity of that order and call someone. But I guess not.

Anywasy, ShockWarehouse made good with complete satisfaction for someone elses mistake...just sucks I gotta wait another week to play!!
