2.5 AS Installed, but 1 issue help

Got my AS kit installed. Man, really looks good.... One problem though, my Sway bar endlinks are in a real bind where they go thru the aluminum lower. Do I need to get longer end links to compensate for the drop in the lower control arm. The upper ball joint, lower ball joint and the tie rod ends all look ok.

Did you pump the lower control arm up then put it through and tighten it? If you didn't, that may be your problem

I believe CRF250 is correct - you need to leave the sway bar hardware loose until the vehicle is on the ground then torque it down. Give that a try and see what happens. If you already did this procedure....not sure what to tell ya!
