Bilstein shock question.

Do those of you that have Bilstein's like them? Im thinking about getting some but wanted a few reviews as far as ride quality on/off road. Also on a stock height 2000 F-150 4x4 5.4 are these the only part #s that will work?

FRONT BE5-2489-H0 , REAR BE5-2490-H0

I like the look of the zinc plated ones but those are only for lifted trucks correct?

Thanks guys for any info you may have.

I've never heard a single bad word about Bilsteins except for once. One guy on here had a problem. You are correct about the part numbers. Those are the only shocks for your truck. The zinc plated ones you mentioned are the 5100 series and are only for lifted trucks. Don't sweat it too bad though...the only difference between the HD (the yellow shock you'll be getting) and the 5100 is the color and the lifted applications. Other than that, it's the exact same shock.
