Are you going to run 37's when you get your truck up to 11 inches? Theres a guy on here with either 10-11 inches running 39.5's and it looks sweet! I cant remember who or what thread I saw him in.

Looks like you have a rancho 4" suspension lift, probably have 33" tires too huh?
Nice lookin setup for a first time lifted truck.
Thanks.

4" sounds about right and you're correct on the 33's. Is Rancho a good brand of lift? It looks pretty stout to my eyes.

I think the Rancho is a good lift. You just dont see too many of them because 4 inches is their biggest lift on the F150. Guys either go with a 2-3 inch leveling kit or a full on 6+ inch suspension kit. If your going to through the hastle of a full lift, you might as well get the extra 2 inches thats available... But not everybody thinks like that. 4 inches is plenty and more practical, if practicality exists within lifting trucks...

practical is a loosely defined term. im planning on an 11" lift and 39" tires and thats practical in my eyes............and compared to the f250 on 44's i used to have, 39's are practical

Now youre just slacking! Find a way to fit 44's on that truck And you are right, practical is a loosely defined term.

Just like CRJPILOT said, I think Rancho is a good lift just not that common due to size. If you want to get more lift for cheap to fit some 35's go with a 3" body lift for around $200.00.
