Are they tapered to correct the pinion angle?

Are y'all stacking them on under the factory 2" block or just replacing them?

Ya, you can also talk to that guy ^^^ he got me all my stuff at a damn good discount.

And NO do not STACK blocks. Not on the factory 2" blocks, not on any size block. Plus anything over a 6" block is just rediculous IMO. Go with custom springs if your wanting that much lift.

I've already got RCD 5" leaf springs with the factory 2" blocks totally 7", BUT the ride in the rear is sooooo stiff with those leafs. I'm trying to find find a way to go back to the stock leafs without losing any rear lift to soften it up some. Losing lift in the rear is really not an option, as i have a custom drive shaft on the rear.

I'm all ears for any options and opinions...

hmm... well the 5" block sounds like it would help. Get rid of the 2" and replace with the 5". 5" leaf springs lift from RCD; did they just add leafs to give the lift ? If so you could start taking them out until you got the desired lift. That would also help soften it up.

Or, if money isnt an option, I recently saw a RIZE 4 link, coil over conversion for the rear. Its in another thread I posted. I know this is by far not an economical choice, just thought I would throw it out there.
You got some pics ? Sounds like ya got a sweet ride there.

Another idea; throw the stock leafs back on, put the 5" block back on, then buy a 2" add-a-leaf. It will be a little stiffer then stock, but maybe better then it is now.

The 5" leaf springs from RCD is the complete leaf pack replacement kit.

But i do have a skyjacker 3" lift kit for a 04-07 sitting in my garage that has aal's with it, does anybody know what lift those aal's would be?
My stock springs still have the skyjacker center pins mounted in them.

The stock springs then 5" block, then aal sounds like a plan

CRF250rider: true, but then you are supporting 4wp. I will go far out of my way to not do so. Horrible company, with horrible customers service, and even worse reputation in the business world. They are as crooked as a question mark IMO.

Stock srping, AAL, and the block sounds good. I think you will be really happy with that set-up. Also, just for future reference, when looking for springs, I would highly suggest looking into Deaver Springs. They make my Samurai springs and springs for a lot of local Jeep guys. Based out of Australia I think. Great company. Tell em how firm or soft you want and they will accomodate. Never seen em run on our truck tho...
