I have a 1999 f150 2wd 5.4 V8 and was wondering what kind of shocks I should get? I have no lift kits or anything and dont plan on it, I just want a smooth ride since most of my driving is on the highway. And most importantly, cost is the #1 factor.

Anything will be an improvement over stock. I would suggest Bilstein or Rancho.
