Not to hijack the thread - but thanks for the link! Good info in there.

Truck looks awesome BTW! I can't wait to get my bigger tires installed. Mine looks dumb with just a leveling kit and stock 255 Generals!!!

I was just wondering how people put on 35's. My tires almost rub my front valence as it is. When I put them on the other day for a second I thought maybe I had messed up. I only have what looks to be about 1/2'' to 3/4" at the most when I turn.

I don't know they just fit with no rubbing. It is pretty close to the valence, but that is it. If it ever rubbed there it would take no more than 5 min of trimming to make it fit. I have no issues with rubbing what so ever, so no need to trim.

Looks real good! I'll be aiming for a similar look once I need to buy a new set of tires.

thats what I did. I kept my crappy generals until they were pretty worn at37000 miles. Im to big of a tightwad to get rid of perfectly good tires. But man I am so happy with my truck now especially how it performs off road compared to stock.

Looks great You've got me re-thinking a 33 x 18 combo. I like your sidewall/wheel ratio.

thanks guys. ATOM I believe that you can run those tires with just a 2". I have 40 3/4" from the ground to the fender. I measure directly in the center of the wheel. Total after the level kit and tires I got 4.5" over stock. I am waiting for my 1.5 AAL to show up because I want to raise the back just a tad. When I put my 4 wheeler in the bed it really looks bad, and thats only 600lbs. So I figured the AAL would be a good choice.

oh and about the mud flaps, I dont know how much they would stick inside the wheel well but I only have one inch to spare right there, and only 3/4" in the front by the valence
