Rear Block Kit

I finally canceled my Donahoe Racing order today because I ordered it over three months ago and it still has not been shipped from Donahoe to the dealer. So, I decided to go with a 2.5 inch AS front kit, but this will put the front of my truck 1.25 inches higher than the real. Now I need a set of rear blocks from an F-350 or some after market blocks that are 2 inches taller (4 inch blocks, I think).

Problem 1: I can't find any take-off blocks on e-bay, and I can't believe there aren't any there. I'm probably just too stupid to find them in my search.

Problem 2: I think there are two different rear axle diameters and I can't measure mine accurately enough to determine which one I have. Is this correct?
EDIT: Evidently My truck either has a Dana 80 or t&c axle. What would be the easiest way to determine which one I have?

Can anyone here help me out? It would be much appreciated.

I have some 2" blocks off a 05 F150 4x4. Not sure if they would fit but if you think they will shoot me an email. mbogosia@comcast.net

This is for an F-250 and I will not stack blocks. Thanks though.

Oh, I missed that you needed 4" blocks. My bad. Check and see if a company called BDS makes them . Google them and you can get their website.

I don't drive a newer body style but maybe this link will help:

http://www.suspensionconnection.com/...rchspec=blocks

I don't have any experience with these I just saw them on the website.
