ways to add more lift

I know that this is such a beginners question, but i have a 2000 f150 2wd with a 3 inch body and im about to get a 3 inch suspension. Is there any good way that I could get a little more heighth besides upgrading to a higher suspension lift. Thanks alot!

Well since you already have a body lift.. and you don't have torsion bars.. I'd say no. Try searching maybe? I don't think you can do much else other than buy a bigger lift.

im not sure if you can put on a coil spacer on top of the 3 in lift you plan to get but if so thats a good way to add 2 or 2.5 inches up front and you could get a bigger block or add-a-leaf for the rear. but it all depends how high you actually wanna be or what size tire you plan to clear

if its a spindle lift you could put a bigger coil or a coil spacer on(more than 2" and you need a new upper a-arm), if its a spring and a-arm kit you could put on spindles. are you lifting the rear at all? i have a 00 2wd also and the rear sits about 2" higher in the rear. so to level it out your front end lift should do good. if its more than 2" you might want to put a small block in the rear

yeah its a spindle lift... and it says that it includes blocks for the rear, so i would imagine if i just got the coil spacers in addition to this it would be about right?? thanks again for yalls help!

those kits usualy inclue a 3" spindle and a 2" block. thatll put you right at level 4x4 height pluss your 3" body lift.if you add a coil spacer itll put you about 2" heigher in the front to level it out again youll need a add a leaf or a 4 inch block
