You mean new torsion keys???? You could just crank the stock torsion bars and pick up 1-2" of lift

The pre-97 trucks don't have torsion bars. They use coilsprings. I'd suggest using Daystar coilspring spacers.

If you are going to do it, do it right. Get a good set of leveling springs. Mine are Rancho, but most major companies make them. Go ahead and do new shocks while you are at it. You may or may not need new camber bushings. Make sure to have it aligned afterwards.

Here is my 92 F-150 4x4 with the Rancho leveling coils and 33x12.50s.

do you get any rubbing with those 33s, What did you use in the rear?What size rims?
