lift decisions and help

My original plans were to get 35s and run them on some kind of black 20s and go with a CST 7" and possibly a 3" body lift; would that leave too much space in the wheel well? Here's the lift http://www.socalsupertrucks.com/prod...2006&drive=2WD
, and I was quoted $5300 for everything (labor, alignment, etc). The rims are 20" Demoda Authorities, and the tires i was thinking about either 35" Toyo MT or some 35" Nitto Grapplers. Now time for the questions

Do you think this price is reasonable?
Would I need any additional parts for the lift? Shocks/Gears/etc?
Also, in my sig you can see what is currently on my truck, and of course I'd like to sell them. What is the best way to do so?

Kinda new to this, so bear with me! Haha
Thanks in advance,
Aaron

Yeah, you will want larger tires with 10 inches of lift.

But how about the price? And if I were to do 35s on the 7" do you think that would look okay? Or too much space.
Thanks a bunch
