Anyone know how much more lift I could get out of the front by tightening the torsions ,on top of my rancho lift?

 

Your Rancho 4" lift is not really a 4" lift. It's actually just under...like 3 1/4". You will have to pre-load the torsion bars to get the full 4". But, with my bars as far as they'll go, I ended up with just about 4 1/2". You're not gonna get several inches if that's what you were thinking. Normally, the bars will get you anywhere from 3/4 - 2" depending on the truck...with or without a lift kit. The lift kit doesn't alter how the torsion bars work.
