Just snooping around on the Bilstein site and saw some new info that wasn't there the last time I looked around. Just typing out loud. Check some of this out...

For our trucks with 4" lift, the 5100 shock no longer comes in the zinc plated color. Comes in the standard HD yellow/blue. But, the 5100 shock for a 6" lift is zinc...what kind of BS is that?? It also says for the rear the bump stops may need to be modified to prevent damage to the shock??? WTF??

Also, I think it's known that they list two different (HD) front shocks for non-lifted trucks...one for the '01-'03 SuperCrew, and then a different one for every thing else. But they don't list two different shocks in this manner in the 5100 shocks...Why?

Then the part number for the stock/no-lift HD rear shock and the part number for the rear 5100 is the same shock!!

Anyways, I may call em to ask a couple of questions if anyone cares. They don't have any e-mail address on the web site!
