Shock Help

Just got a 99 f150 xlt 4.6l 2wd 4.51 gears. It has a fabtech lift (with front sway bar & single steering shock) and a body lift and is running 35" BFG m/t. I belive overall the lift is +- 9" in the front and +- 6" in the back, making it almost level with a little prerunner look. I drive mostly on road, but do go up in the mountains on trails every other week or so.
Now for a few questions.
How can i figure how much of the lift is suspension and how much is body?

Also getting ball joints replaced this week, how do i prevent them from wearing out again? would this be control arm bushings issue?

I also want to put some new shocks on the truck, been looking a bilstein's 5150's, i just dont know about how much travel i should get or the valving i need for the front and the back. Any recomendations? I would be mounting this inside the fabtech spring that is in the place of the oem one. Would this cause the truck to be even higher?

Thanks!!! love this sight, its awesome to see so many people still driving AMERICAN!!!
