i Just Bought a CST control arm lift kit off of ebay it said 4 inches are they really 4 or 3 and with it will i be able to fit 325/60-18's on 18x10 wheels with 4.5 inches backspacing? i was thinking about buying spindles for the front

It will be really tight because of the wheel and tire width.
