Camber Kit Problem

I ordered a pair of camber kits (MOK8740) from Autopartswarehouse.com and when they arrived, one had three washers, one had four. The instructions aren't real clear on where they go so can someone throw me a bone here?

I spoke to "Customer Service" (I use that term very loosely) about it and all they want me to do is send it back or give me a refund so I can buy it locally.

Can I substitute a regular washer here or what?

Cheerz and Thanks!

They take place of the upper control arm bolts where they attach to the truck. Both forward and rear. When you replace the upper control arms, just put these in. Yes, you can substitute a regular washer for the missing one.
