added a spacer inbetween my spindle and my UCA's. couldnt get the thing aligned. i need longer tierods.... so tomorrow ill be taking them out.

 

what were you trying to accompolish?

 

my UCA's were close to being maxed out so by lifting them of the spindle the angle is less severe. it just wouldnt align.

 

why dont u just get longer tie rods? take one off then go to ur local auto parts store and tell them u need the same one but longer.. im more than sure they will have one.. i use to work in a oreilly, and people would do that all the time, not for our f150's but for other cars and trucks.

 

Camburg will hook you up with double heim steering any length

 

ya if i get longer tie rods i want heim ones. but thats super expensive.... and i want to buy gears here in the next couple weeks.

 

talk to pat @ total chaos, they were going to fab some heimed tie rods together for the 04-07 f150's but they just didnt get enough demand for it. i would most defineatley be intersted in that purchase. Total chaos is a hook up, dont go no where else for extreme mods to your 04-07 f150.

 

If they are such a hook up why did you pay like 200 more for your UCA over camburg. I know camburg can do them for like 250ish because I asked and priced them out.
