noise while turning

at first i thought it was low tire pressure making this rubbing/skidding sound while turning from a stop, but it still happened after i checked the pressure. could this be wheel bearings going out or maybe worn shocks(still has originals)? 2003 screw with 115k. just had state inspection and the ball joints checked out o.k.

Pull the rear wheels off and take a look at the brakes and the axles. If you see any leaks or loose fitting parts and don't know if anything is wrong take a pic and we can check it out.
