heavier suspension

i have a 00 f150 and am looking for replacement rear leafsprings (or something else) to allow it to take alot more weight. i am using my truck for work more and more lately and it just can't take the weight i need to put in it. i would like to have heavier suspension with no lift that way i am not riding around with the back end up in the air when i am not using it for work. i looked into air bags, but not sure if i want to go that way. also not sure what i actually need for them to work. (bags, compressor, control?, regulators?) i have seen alot of stuff online for airbags but not sure what i need for a bare bones system to work. would rather go with simple, like heaver springs if possible.

thanks
kevin

An airbag setup would be best.
