Arrow pro comp lift

With a Pro Comp Lift can you run the stock rims? And also im running 35-65-18 tires on a level kits right now. If I upgrade to a 6inch lift, how much should it change the MPG? And does anybody have pictures with there trucks running the 6inch lift having the stock rims? Thanks guys 2004 ford 5.4 150 fx4 leveling kit

I saw a recent post with a guy's truck that had a 6" lift and running the stock wheels so it can be done. As for loss of gas mileage I lost about 3 mpg's when I added my 6" lift and 35's, but everyone's loss will be different depending on driving habits and what type (highway vs stop-n-go) of driving you do. I know here in Hawaii my mileage has dropped even more.
