Why no 4 inch kits

Why isnt there any 4 inch lift kits available?
Seems as though you go from a 2 inch spacer all the way to a 6 inch lift with nothing in between.

I have a Superlift 4.5" with Bilsteins. I have had my lift for around 10,000 miles. I have had no problems and I am happy with the lift. I just wish I would have went with 35" tires instead of 33". There are a few members here with Superlift. More with Rancho. I cannot comment on any other lifts since this is my first. I believe each lift has it's positives and negatives.
I chose my lift because it does not increase front track width, uses an add a leaf instead of blocks, and has a skid plate that spans the length and widith of the crossmembers. You just have to get as much information as you can and decide which lift best suits your tastes. This video helped me alot.

i persoanlly would get the rancho because it comes with all new shocks, where the superlift uses a spacer and the RCD kit is $2500+.

Just out of curiousity, why is one kit better than the other? They all pretty much look the same to me. All the lifts use 1/4" thick metal. The only real difference I can see is struts vs coil over spacers. The 6" RCD doesn't even keep factory cv angles. If I were going to get a 6" kit I would make sure the cv angles were factory. The 4.5" RCD increases front track width more than the Rancho. So what makes the RCD so much better?

The RCD 4.5/6" are the same kit so of course it being 6" isn't going to have the same angles as factory. But seriously you don't remember when Superlift couldn't put out a good kit if their company depended on it? Just like Full Throttle and Whiplash today.

This is my first truck, so I've never looked at any older lifts. I've only researched lifts for my truck. On paper all the 4" kits for the new F-150's have very similar specs. The new F.I.T. system is completely redesigned. I still would like to know specifically why RCD is better than any other lift? It's good to know these things for the future. Thanks.

Yes, Superlift has drastically improved the quality of their products. I wouldn't really say RCD is better than every other lift but its definitely on the top of the list. The quality of parts used, the fitment, the strength, they stand behind their product, it's a great kit although you're limited to only about 6" of lift.
