6" FabTech question?

With the Fabtech BASIC 6" lift kit i realize you kit the lift block vs. DL coil overs... but could you change it up later down the road? If I buy the "Basic" kit now, can i change it up and upgrade to some nice coil overs? Anyone done this? And can you run the stock 17" rims with the FabTech lift?? (I have the 2004 (NBS) xlt 4x4 w/ 4.6L engine. Thanks!

yes you can get the basic kit and add the DLs later. the basic fabtech comes with new front shocks instead of using a spacer, so its not bad for a basic kit.

The basic kit is not a bad kit, not as nice as the DL's, but not bad. If you're not planning ot do alot of offroading I'd save the money, get the basic kit and spend the money you save on a few more mods.
