Here is the Sway A Way part number for a 04+ F150 with a 6in drop bracket lift 56000-1502-6

They're made for a 6" lift and be adjusted for about 8" of lift.

will cranking affect ride quality?

Cranking the Coil overs all the way make the ride very stiff. 2 in is the max you would want to crank them and still have a decent ride quality
