Autospring 2.5 level and alignment

I want to put on the front level soon (2004 F-150) and see an alignment is required to get rid of toe in. (I will be throwing on Autospring 3" blocks on the rear too) I want to wait a month or two before buying 35 inch tires, will I need a second alignment at that time?

after adding new tires, no alignment is needed.
