I have seen a GMC Suburban lifted with big *** tires that has a high lift mounted onto there back bumper by the trailer hitch.

Hi-Lift jack does make a bracket that you can bolt to the inside of your bed and lock it. That's what I did with mine...but to be honest the most practical jack is a bottle jack with a scrap piece of plywood or a 2x4 so that it doesn't sink into the ground too much. Hi-Lift jacks are great if you are buried in mud or sand but in terms of just changing tires, I'd go with the bottle jack.
