i have a 2005 f150 with the 5.4
i installed the AS 2.5 leveling kit and have 33x12.5 pro comp tires i have noticed that at full extension or close to full extension of the front suspension the spindle hits the coil. right where the upper control arm and spindle connect at the ball joint it hits the coil spring. anyone else having this problem and if so do you know where i can get a new spindle to give it more clearence so it wont hit. thanks for any help

 

Yep, it's very common. Autospring has redesigned the spacer with a slight offset to stop this. It's not hurting anything, but the noise bothered some people.

 

im not so much worried about the noise, more worried about it hurting the coil spring or the spindle. i have been looking online for a new spindle made for lift kits. if anyone knows of any let me know
