In addition to the AS level kit

Going to tackle the leveling kit this weekend. If and or when I decide to lift the truck, does the level kit stay in or get pulled out?

Personal preference I think. I see alot of build ups that mention having a 6" lift plus the 2.5 or whatever level kit. Personally, I'm leaving mine in when I get the cash for the 6". I'm just torn between Fabtech and Rize.

Yeah, it looks like Fabtech and Rize are the way to go.

Yea, it's whatever you want/need. I needed the 2.5" spacer on top of my 6" Fabtech lift to clear the 37's. The angles are not the best, but I'll live with it for now...
