any 4x4 u have to cut the cross member to do a lift. it is so u can lower the front diff.

but im definitly getting classy 17" rims like yours, looks a ton better then big flashy rims in my opinion. im pretty set on the eagle alloy 137s.
thanks for the compliments.thetruck is actually sold im getting rid of it in 2 weeks.

NOOOOO

GO with the 8" rize!!!

I originally started with the 4" Rancho, then I put a spacer in front and the 6" fabtech blocks in the rear. Next, I am going to do a 3" body. I wish I would have just went with an 8". however, it isnt my fault because at the time my dad wouldnt let me go bigger.

I only put a 1.5" spacer and my ball joint are almost maxed out.

What people havent mentioned is that it sucks your front tires in giving you less of a wide stance. It wears your ball joints, and it also makes your a-arms hit your Coils. DO NOT do the spacer. 8" rize.

With a complete kit your truck will ride much better. Mine is bouncy from the rake on the a-arms. Go with a full kit the way it is meant to be!!!

I cant stress this enough.... Make up your mind, do you want to be at 6" or at 8"? no spacer. (go 8, you will always wish you went bigger... I feel 8" is perfect because it is still driveable... 12 is getting rediculous, and 6 just is too common... 8 = perfect)

zu later - did you need the body lift to get the 35" tires in? Or was it just your preference?

Is it really necessary to regear when going 35" tires or bigger?
