King Coilovers for Rize 8" Kits

I just spoke to King Shocks this afternoon. They've finally got the valving down pat for us. They have two different models though. A 2.5" with remote res for $500/ea so $1,000. The 3.0 with remote res for $750/ea so $1500. Shipping is about $40 and if you don't live in California than you won't pay any tax. Just giving everyone a heads up.

Now I need to decide if I want to go with the 2.5" or 3".. What do you guys think? I'm thinking the 2.5" since thats what every other lift is running and that way I can get the Camburg UCAs.

Can you not run Total Chaos/Camburg UCA's with the 3.0?

Im thinking the 3.0 because its bigger, diffrent from everyone else. i want to crank them up all the way. will the 3.0 be a stiffer ride.

I'll probably go with the 3.0's too cause I don't wanna have to have my shocks cranked all the way up to fit my 38's. I'd rather pay the extra money and have a smoother ride.

The size difference has nothing to do with the height, it's the size of the shock.

Oh.

You'll have to excuse me, I was having a hard time running the cables on my YFZ450 and I popped open a couple cold ones.

In that case, I'll probably go with the 2.5 as well, save me some money.

WTF!!!!!!!!!! for reals they are selling a bolt in 3.0???? I personally think a 2.5 with rezzy is fine for our offroading, a 3.0 with rezzy is over kill for anything we would put our trucks though, I still cant get over the price I have 600 coming for my lost donahoe shock I am seriously think I might step up and get some kings. If I do I would get the 2.5 with rezzy I just dont think even I could make use of a 3.0. To clear things up the 3.0 is the shock body it has nothing to do with how the shock ride or how much you can crank them, it is simply how much piston area there is as well as shock oil.
