37 or 38.5's?

How would 38.5" tires fit with 6" of suspension lift and 3" of body lift. I was gonna go with 37's but the 38.5's are only like 20 more per tire. This sounds awfully tempting. Would 4.88's still be adequate for 38.5's?

Thanks

go pick up the new OFFROAD mag. and there is a 06 F150 in there with 6in susp and 3in body with 40s and it looks pretty damn good. if I remember he is running 4.56s but myself would run 4.88s
