7" lift spindles?

Does any know where I can get these? Need ASAP! I think they went by the title "7in monster lift spindles for 97-03 F150"...or something to that nature, either way they were custom. I need a new set as you can tell from the pic below. Any help would be great...thanks!

Do these spindles use the stock press in snout? If so then just go get some stock spindles from the junk yard and swap em out.
