Rancho shocks on 2000 4WD F150

So I went to Sears today to inquire about new shocks.
The "mechanic" told me they would be to uncomfortable
of a ride on the Highway and recommended "SensaTracks"
instead. I have noticed alot of 4WD trucks with "Ranchos"
and thought the would be a better ride, anyone have these?
What are your thoughts/opinions.

Rancho shocks will ride stiffer than the Sensetracs but thats because they are built for off road use not street only use like the Sensetracs. Will it be alot stiffer? Not really....you will be glad you got the Rancho's if you take your truck off road any.
