Question Leveling kit

Hi,

Ive got a 2005 f150 XLT supercab 2WD and i was looking at the hell bent steel leveling kit. Would the 2.5" level my truck or would the 3"? I was also wondering how big of a tire size i could go on my stock 17" wheels. I'm not looking to spend a lot of money. If you have any suggestions please feel free. thanks.

i've seen some sites that have a recommended tire size of 33" x 12.5". what would you recommend with stock 17"s and a 2.5" leveling kit?

i just put a 2.5" autospring under my 2004 xlt and it sits perfectly level. although you said yours was a 2wd and mine is a 4wd, not sure if that makes a difference. as for tires i went with 285/70/17 bfg all terrains ko. had plenty of room for them, probably could have gone bigger but i'm broke.
