Leveling kit + Body lift= double lift?

Leveling kit + Body lift= double lift?
this may be a dumb question.... i have a 01 f-150 4x4 with a 3inch body lift. Now if i installed a 3inch leveling kit would i get more lift? I assume that i would since i am adjusting my torsion bars...

a little dumb but its ok... haha a body lift lifts the body of the truck off the frame 3" and does nothing to the suspension. i would not crank your torsion bars more than 2 1/2" but yes you will be sitting at about 5 1/2" if you crank up you torsion bars.
