Ball Joints again!!

I am need of upper ball joints for my 01 SuperCrew 4x4. Which are the best ones to get. Also if the joints are bad what else can they wear out faster?

Ford replaced mine. I notice the new Motorcraft ball joints have grease fittings.

Hi.

I like & used Moog's premium ball joints / upper control arms (on my old 2000 fer x fer). Comes with zerks.

Rock Auto has some good prices.

Is there a way to just replace the ball joints? And not the whole upper arm??
