Leveling Kit versus Bilstein 5100 Adjustables

I have a question. I drive a 2005 F150 FX4. Is there an advantage to a leveling kit versus adjustable 5100 Bilsteins?

They both do the same thing. You wind up with the same lift. With the Bilstien's you end up with a much better shock. With the leveling kit you have a little more money in your pocket.

Thanks. It looks like I am going after a new set of Bilstein 5100.
