yea they came with a wrench, but my worry is trying to get the truck to be level on both sides after cranking them.

I have a question, can you run coil over without a suspension lift?

Bilstien, Rancho and a few others make replacement coilovers for stock trucks. They feature adjustable spring preload so you can lift the front of your truck and inch or two if you want. However, they are not near as trick as those Dirt Logics.

There was really one thing i disliked about it on the new 04-newer F150's. Its the way they setup the fan shroud. It looks to be a real bear to take it off to do service on your belts etc... Other than that, they work great to achieve tire clearance, and they look great as long as you get the gap guards and a set of nerf bars. With those 2 things on the truck, you can barely tell a BL is on there.
