more lift

I already got a 3 inch body lift but how can I get it lifted more without buying a suspension lift?

What kind of truck do you have? If it is a 97-03 4wd, you can crank the torsion bars and that is about it other than leveling kits.

You have a couple of options. You can install 2 inch Daystar coilspring spacers up front. You could install a set of 3.5 inch lift spindles. Or you could install both. Of course, you can easily raise the rear with lift blocks.

So if I were to add a 2 inch leveling kit, it would be like having a 5 inch body lift altogether?

No, it would be like having 5" of total lift on the front. Because our trucks have a rake that is 2" higher in the rear than the front, you would only have a 3" lift in the rear. If you want to get a true 2" lift, just put a block in back and then you would have a total of 5" of lift.
