just noticed it after i bought it used. does it only when you turn the tires either way and just as the wheel begins to turn. its not loud and doesnt seem to do it at less then 10mph. is this normal

also the rear leaf springs seem to be really squeaky, is this normal.

Check the ball joints and tie rod ends. These are high wear items on our trucks. If you have a 4x4, also look at the cv joints.
