Front end squeak

I have developed an annoying front end squeah over the last few days.I believe its coming from the drivers side of my truck,I think its the bushings in the lower control arms that are making the noise.I've hosed the entire front end w/ a can of WD-40,its a little quieter, but I can still hear the squeak. My truck has 148,000 miles on it and this is the first noise i've had from the front end,is it time to change out bushings?I've priced sets of polyurethane bushings if I need to order them.Has anyone had this very annoying squeak that you cant seem to track down, but you know its there? Thanks for your help,
