2005 F150 rear leaf spring noise

Need help!

I have a 2005 f150 and recently I have a popping noise coming from the right rear area. I can not get it to pop by moving the body, only when I drive over the slightest bump. I have sprayed the springs and bushings with wd 40 to no avail. Seems to be coming from the leaf spring or spring shackle and it seems to be getting worse. Dealer repalced the springs under warranty approx 40,000 miles ago and greased the springs up good. Any suggestions would be appreaciated.

Mine are noisy too, worst when making a slow corner. I haven't checked torque on the bolts but I have sprayed lube and they are still noisy.

Took my 2005 F-150 into ford dealer last week to find out about the suspension knock. Have same symptons as you. Truck has 40,000 miles so It is going to cost me $100 4 them to replace the springs. Your telling me the problem will come back in time. Is there an aftermarket leaf spring that does not have this problem. Does this same problem occur with 2 and 3 inch lift kits?
